Shipping policy

At Mitisu, every travel jewelry case is carefully 3D printed and assembled to order with great attention to detail. To ensure the highest quality standards, order processing typically takes between 3 and 7 business days before shipment.

Please note that orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed starting Monday, in the order they were received.

Once production and quality inspection are complete, your order will be shipped through our trusted delivery partners. Estimated delivery times generally range from 4 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Please note that these delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled while in transit. However, customers may request a return after receiving their order, in accordance with our return policy.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the complete return process, including return shipping, warehouse receipt, inspection, and refund approval.

If a customer decides they no longer want the product after receiving and inspecting it, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. This policy allows us to offer a fair return process while maintaining the quality and sustainability of our made-to-order products.

Please note that once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mitisu is no longer responsible for delays, theft, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. Any shipping-related issues should be addressed directly with the carrier whenever possible.
